Althaïr is a star that is mentioned once by Jade when she and Double H used the Beluga to travel to outer-space to reach selene.
Unlike most stars and constellations, Althaïr cannot be seen by the naked eye or by use of magnifying equipment, such as the VP-H263 Camera.
